- Scheduling Care: Your child’s full name, names of additional siblings, your phone number, email address, preferred location, date, drop-off/pick-up times, and any comments you provide.
- Contact & General Inquiries: Your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Franchise Inquiries: Your first and last name, email address, phone number, current location, location of interest, and information about your interest in owning a Mango’s Place franchise.
- Registration & Billing: If you become a registered client, we collect additional information necessary to enroll your child, including emergency contacts, authorized pick-up persons, and billing information. If you choose to store a card on file, payment card information is collected and processed for billing purposes.
- Information About Your Child: As a childcare provider, we may collect information about your child necessary to provide care, such as age, allergies, medical needs, and developmental information, as described in our Parent Handbook and enrollment paperwork.

- Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our business, such as payment processors, scheduling/childcare management software providers, email or text messaging platforms, and website/analytics providers. - Individual Mango’s Place Locations and Franchisees: Information may be shared among Mango’s Place locations, including franchise-owned locations, to coordinate care across our centers.
