Mango’s Place (“Mango’s Place,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates childcare centers in Dublin, Powell, and New Albany, Ohio, and the website located at https://www.mangosplace.com/ (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our Site, schedule care, inquire about franchising, enroll as a client, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information We Collect
Through Our Website
We collect information you voluntarily provide through forms on our Site, including:
- Scheduling Care: Your child’s full name, names of additional siblings, your phone number, email address, preferred location, date, drop-off/pick-up times, and any comments you provide.
- Contact & General Inquiries: Your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Franchise Inquiries: Your first and last name, email address, phone number, current location, location of interest, and information about your interest in owning a Mango’s Place franchise.
Through Enrollment and Ongoing Care
If you become a registered client, our team collects additional information needed to enroll and care for your child. This information is gathered through enrollment paperwork and conversations with our staff, and is maintained in our internal childcare management system, which is used by our staff and is not directly accessible to parents, including:
- Registration & Billing: Emergency contacts, authorized pick-up persons, and billing information. If you choose to store a card on file, payment card information is collected and processed for billing purposes.
- Information About Your Child: Age, allergies, medical needs, and developmental information necessary to provide care, as described in our Parent Handbook and enrollment paperwork, as well as records of required documents (such as immunization or medical forms) and their expiration dates.
- Alert Preferences: If you opt in to receive reservation and document-expiration alerts, we record your contact information and preference so our system can send you those notifications.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, tags, and similar technologies, including:

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our business, such as payment processors, our childcare management system provider, email or text messaging platforms, and website/analytics providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
- Individual Mango’s Place Locations and Franchisees: Information may be shared among Mango’s Place locations, including franchise-owned locations, to coordinate care across our centers.
- Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, by court order, or by state childcare licensing authorities, or when necessary to protect the safety of a child, our staff, or the public.

- Reservation Confirmations: Text and/or email confirmations related to scheduled care are operational communications tied to your reservations.
- Access, Correction, or Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed childcare provider, by contacting us using the information in Section 9.
- State Privacy Rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Contact us to make a request, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment card information is handled through our payment processing provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain required licensing and business records, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
