All children must be fully registered members.

Registration can occur at the time of your first visit,
but all forms must be completed in their entirety
before a child will be accepted into Mango’s Place.
Please note this includes the immunization record
on the second page of the health and enrollment
form. The medical form is required 30 days after your child's
first visit. The medical examination form must be signed by
a physician. Your physician can fax the form directly to us
at 614-436-6038.

Mango’s Place provides flexible, creative childcare in a fun and nurturing environment. We are committed to the growth of each child by providing qualified and enthusiastic teachers. To maintain these goals, we have established certain policies and procedures that must be agreed to prior to approval of membership.
