To visit Mango’s Place, all children must be fully
registered members.

Membership begins by providing us with information
that will help ensure your child’s comfort and safety.
• Policy and Procedure Agreement Form
• Health Enrollment Form
• Medical Statement (Not required until 30 days after your first visit.)

Membership Fees
Annual membership fees are $25 for each child or $40 per family. Membership fees are good for a full 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Hourly Fees
1 child: $8/hr
2 siblings: $13/hr
3 or more siblings: $13/hr for 2 siblings plus $3 for each additional sibling

All stays are billed for a 1 hour minimum.

Pre-purchased Hours & Set Schedules
Pre-purchased hours and set schedule packages are available at an additional discount. Please call or inquire at the lobby for details.
