Mango's Place is a fun and safe environment for children between the ages 8 weeks and 10 years old to play, learn and explore for just an hour or for the whole day. Children can create their master piece at craft time, learn new songs at music time, enjoy circle time with adventurous stories and make new friends during games and free play.
Our enthusiastic teachers are dedicated to providing a safe environment where all children are encouraged to use their imagination and explore the endless possibilities offered. We are committed to the growth of every child. Your child will be engaged in stimulating activities during their stay. Unlike a day care center, Mango’s Place needs only a reservation for the time needed, not a long term contract.
Mary Frances Curtis started Mango’s Place in 2003. The concept of flexible hourly care sprung from her own childcare needs. As a mother who worked part time from home, Mary Frances needed childcare for her young son a few times a week but could not find a child care solution that would allow for the flexibility she was seeking. She sketched out the original idea on the back of an envelope and about a year later Mango's Place was born! She developed and implemented services and policies that were based on meeting the needs of stay at home parents and those who work part time. Over the years Mango’s Place has been committed to making the changes parents request in order to serve them better. These include adding a Preschool, Summer Camp, earlier hours, and birthday parties to name just a few.
